Collection and use of your Personal Information

• Recruitment, Inc. collects personal information when you register with Recruitment, Inc., when you use Recruitment, Inc. products or services, and when you visit Recruitment, Inc. pages or the pages of certain Recruitment, Inc. partners. Recruitment, Inc. may combine information about you that we have with information we obtain from business partners or other companies.
• When you register we ask for information such as your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, gender, occupation, industry, and job function or title. For social networking purposes, we may ask for your LinkedIn profile address. For some reference checking and background checking products and services we might also ask for your address, Social Security number, birth date, education and previous employment information. When you register with Recruitment, Inc. and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.
• Recruitment, Inc. collects information about your transactions within the InterviewStudio.com system with us, our Employer clients, our Recruiter clients, and with some of our vendor partners, including our Assessment tool vendors.
• Recruitment, Inc. automatically receives and records information that our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, Recruitment, Inc. cookie information, and the page you request.
• Recruitment, Inc. uses information for the following general purposes: to create and deliver assessment testing products to you; to display your name, job function, industry, location (city, state), your resume, assessment results, endorsements, and interview video on your InterviewStudio.com Showcase; to contact you regarding our products and services and your InterviewStudio.com Showcase status, storage, and/or Employer and Recruiter interest in your InterviewStudio.com Showcase; to create additional content for your InterviewStudio.com Showcase with assets you submit; to locate your Google records for display from within your InterviewStudio.com Showcase, to locate your LinkedIn profile for display from within your InterviewStudio.com Showcase, to contact you, to allow contact between you and interested Employers and Recruiters, to conduct research, to provide you with metrics about web traffic to your InterviewStudio.com Showcase, and to provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients.
• Children are not eligible to use our services. Recruitment, Inc. requests that minors (under the age of 18) do not submit any personal information to us or use our services.

Parties with whom your Information is shared

• Recruitment, Inc. will share your information with those Employers and Recruiters that you authorize to view your InterviewStudio.com Showcase. This includes Employers and Recruiters that you email a link to your Showcase, and Employers and Recruiters that subscribe to access your Showcase if you submit it for inclusion within the candidate database.
• With the exception of the sharing and access arrangements described above, Recruitment, Inc. does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:
  • We provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with Recruitment, Inc. under confidentiality agreements. These companies may use your personal information to help Recruitment, Inc. communicate with you about offers from Recruitment, Inc. and our marketing partners. However, these companies do not have any independent right to share this information.
  • We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
  • We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Recruitment, Inc.'s terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.
  • We transfer information about you if Recruitment, Inc. is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, Recruitment, Inc. will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Our use of Cookies

• Recruitment, Inc. may set and access Recruitment, Inc. cookies on your computer.

How to modify and delete your Account Information

• You can edit your Recruitment, Inc. Account Information at any time.
• We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the Recruitment, Inc. service, such as service announcements, administrative messages and the Recruitment, Inc. Newsletter, that are considered part of your Recruitment, Inc. account, without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them.
• You can deactivate your Recruitment, Inc. account through your dashboard at any time. It is possible that information we previously collected from you may remain in our archived records after your account has been deleted.

Confidentiality and security measures that protect your Information

• We limit access to personal information about you to Recruitment, Inc. employees and partners who need access to that information in order to provide products or services to you or to do their jobs.
• We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to protect personal information about you.
